As always, the use of Flint Community Bank's ATM charges no fees for Flint Community Bank ATM cardholders. Beginning May 15, 2011, the $10.00 monthly waiver for ATM surcharge fees at non-Flint Community Bank ATMs will no longer be available. However, you will now have access to over 36,000 STARsf/Allpoint ATMs located throughout the United States surcharge free. You may avoid being surcharged for ATM withdrawals if you access any of these locations.
